Teaching and Learning
Rigorous CCSS & NGSS aligned lesson design and delivery
distance teaching and learning
Individual teachers or teams of teachers engage in the standards-based design and strategy-focused delivery of rigorous and accessible learning experiences for all students. Sessions can range from a lesson study structure to co-planning/co-teaching opportunities, depending on the needs and determination of the teacher/teams. The customization contributes to collaborative teacher efficacy and ensure sustainable improvement.
Systems Engagement
data analysis and continuous improvement
shared leadership across the system
Participants engage in the inquiry-based learning cycle (ILC) which is used to organize pacing, results, and feedback loops. In conjunction with ILCs, the work is based on establishing/solidifying the site level systems for collecting student data for decision making. Working collaboratively, participants gain expertise in monitoring the process by collecting real time data and teachers gain capacity by analyzing student work to adjust instructional practice. Additional site and district structures create supports and key communication loops that must exist in order to deploy resources effectively as intervention support for all students and staff. Authentic stakeholder engagement in the ILC builds shared leadership.

Action Planning and Support for LEAs and Schools
Technical and compliance assistance
Through a series of sessions for technical and compliance assistance such as state, federal, and accreditation, leadership teams collaboratively analyze their current conditions using data, create a plan of action, act upon that plan, monitor the progress, and cycle back. Overall, the sessions provide opportunities to build an effective data-driven decision-making process while supporting existing systems.
