Continuous Improvement Milestones

by Collaborative Educational Practice

The CollaborativeEdu team believes that schools should work toward having a culture that embraces the fact that they are always in a state of improvement. All schools have strengths and weaknesses; all schools need support. In order to achieve at high levels, there needs to be a commitment to years of hard work. Accepting that there are no magic solutions or a singular program that will create achievement, but knowing that there are patterns to what high-achieving schools and districts do, and results can be had when repeated at different sites and districts. These patterns have been confirmed by over 120 research and professional references (Shannon & Blysma, 2007; Danielson Group, 2021); At CollaborativeEdu, it is referred to as the Continuous Improvement Milestones.
